We partner with startups to develop and successfully launch their MVP to provide them with a competitive advantage in speed to market, and access to investors.

What makes our program unique? We offer the ability for selected startups to exchange up to 50% of the build cost for equity reducing the number of investors required. This aligns our goals with yours - to build and grow your start-up's valuation. We also support investor connections to support the funding of your MVP for eligible startups.

Who Funds the Engenesis MVP Partners Program?

The Engenesis MVP Partners Program is privately funded by Engenesis Ventures and the associated work is carried out by its sister entity Engenesis Services.

Engenesis Ventures is a specialist firm that targets the process from MVP to scale for startups and enterprise innovation. In the last two years, their clients and partners have undergone 2 x early-stage exits (one to Active Campaign) and a $1m USD fundraise. Their core focus is on scaling up technology while considering the overarching growth layers of investment, commercialisation, and people and teams.

Eligibility

The eligibility requirements for the Engenesis MVP Partners Program are that the startup must:

• show validation of the business concept (this may include expressions of interest, customer waitlists, secured partnerships, product pre-sales etc.)
• have a clear scope of work including any applicable specifications and/or designs (idea stage companies will not be accepted)
• have a registered business or be planning to register as a business within the period of the project's completion
• hold the intellectual property (IP) or rights to commercialise
• have a scalable solution that can be deployed to multiple markets
• demonstrate adequate matched funding has been secured for the startup

Please note that positions are competitive. Even if you meet all of the eligibility criteria, your startup team and business concept will be assessed on its merits for suitability for qualification.

3. You will receive an initial response within 10 business days. This may include a response that you’re not approved or a request for more information.
4. Complete your startup application interview.
5. MVP scope assessment.
6. Pre-approval is received.
7. Final approval and project initiation.
